1. Information we collect

When you join the interest list, we collect the information you choose to provide: your email address, general geographic region, whether you are interested as an individual or organization, your selected role, and your marketing-consent choice. We also record campaign attribution included in the link you used, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, term, and campaign ID, together with the landing-page path and referring domain. Netlify Forms processes and stores these submissions on our behalf.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects limited technical and usage information such as page views, device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from network information, referring source, and successful form-submission events. We do not send your email address, stated region, role, audience type, or form answers to Google Analytics.

2. How we use information

We use interest-list information to understand demand, prioritize potential distribution regions, communicate product updates, and respond to organizations interested in access or distribution. We use analytics information to measure website performance and improve the clarity and usefulness of the site.

3. Consent and your choices

Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” You may decline analytics without losing access to the website or interest form. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s local storage or browser data and revisiting the site.

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link included in future emails. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of interest-list information associated with your email address.

4. Service providers

We use Netlify to host the website and process form submissions. We use Google Analytics only for visitors who accept analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and security

We retain interest-list information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics retention follows the settings in our Google Analytics property. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

7. Children

This website and interest list are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, website, and legal requirements develop. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
